A: You can contact the seller of the vehicle or item by email by clicking on reply to ad located at the top of the listing or by using the sellers phone number listed in the ad details field. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US DIRECTLY FOR INFORMATION ON AN AD AS WE ARE NOT THE SELLER.

Q: I want to sell my vehicle where do I start?
A: Start by compairing prices of similar vehicles in your area, a great place to start is the local newspaper, or local car dealer lot and then look at online sites this will enable you to offer your vehicle at a competetive market price so that it should sell. The next thing you should consider having the vehicle professionally detailed if the price allows for it, a professionally detailed vehicle usually can bring a extra 30%. If your budget does not allow for professional detailing clean the vehicle inside and out and remove any junk stored in the trunk. Check to see if your vehicle has been recalled and if you have not done so this would be a good time to get them taken care of. Put together a list of all work performed on your vehicle and if possible locate any documentation such as receipts for the repairs. Last on the list go online to Carfax (a link to them is available on our link page) and purchase a report to show to perspective buyers thes help the buyer feel secure and aids in closing the sale. Also don't forget to print out a forsale sign from our system to place in the window.

Q: I uploaded my images and they do not appear in my ad?
A: First the file size cannot exceed 350k recommended picture size should be 400 x 250 and must be one of the following gif, jpg, jpeg, giff, png or bmp.

Q: I sold my vehicle is there anything that I need to do?
A: Yes, You need to assign Title Certificate to purchaser do not leave name on title blank or open and you need to complete a bill of sale. Your bill of sale should include type of vehicle, VIN number, drivers licience information, milage and be signed by all parties and should be notorized or witnessed by two other parties with their identification also listed. This will help you in case any think should arise involving the vehicle once you have turned it over to the other party.

Q: Is it safe to list my vehicles VIN number in an online ad?
A: Yes, This number is clearly visable from the outside of most vehicles and should be located on driver side area dash. By placing this number in your ad persons interested in your vehicle are able to view insurance data reports about your vehicle pertaining to recalls, damage or other recorded information.

Q: I dont't have a digital camera how can I still place an ad ?
A: Yes, There are two ways to place the ad if you dont have a digital camera the first is if you have a regular picture of your vehicle you can mail it to us. (IF MAILING US YOUR AD PLEASE COMPLETE DOWNLOAD AND PRINT THE AD FORM LOCATED ON OUR DRIVE IN PROTO CENTER PAGE MAILING ADDRESS IS ON THE FORM) the second method is check our main page for a locations of our drive in photo centers in your area (There is an additional charge of $10 for this service. We will not accept vehicle ads without a picture as ads without them do not get results.

A: We are sorry once you have completed the payment process we are unable to process a discount coupon as the payment system is totally automated.

Q: I placed an ad but I would like to make a couple of changes how can i do this?
A: It's easy just click on login here on the main page the system will ask for the email address that you have on file with us and your passcode once in your account simply click on edit ad.
